By purchasing any product or service from our shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not make a purchase.

By using our services, opening a ticket, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

## 2. Age Requirement


You must be at least **18 years of age** (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from our shop. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

## 3. Product Descriptions & Usage


### 3.1 Nature of Products
- All products are **digital goods** delivered electronically
- Products include software, scripts, loaders, and temporary game accounts
- Products are designed for **educational and testing purposes only**
- We do not encourage or endorse violating any game's Terms of Service


### 3.2 Product Status
- Product status (Undetected/Updating/Detected) is provided for informational purposes
- Status can change at any time without notice
- We make no guarantees about future detection status


### 3.3 Temporary Accounts
- Temporary accounts have **NO GUARANTEED LIFESPAN**
- Lifespan ranges from 1 minute to several weeks
- Accounts may have delayed bans from previous users
- **Logging out of a temporary account invalidates it**
- You may not transfer or resell temporary accounts

## 4. Payment & Pricing


### 4.1 Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in USD
- Payment must be completed before product delivery
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- All sales are processed through authorized payment methods only


### 4.2 Chargebacks & Disputes
- **Chargebacks are strictly prohibited**
- Filing a chargeback will result in immediate permanent ban
- Chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of delivery
- False chargebacks may result in legal action

## 5. Refund Policy


### 5.1 No Refund Policy
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.**


- We do **NOT** offer refunds for any reason, including:
  - Product detection by anti-cheat
  - User error or inability to use product
  - Game bans or account suspensions
  - Temporary account expiration
  - Change of mind
  - Technical issues on your end
  - Hardware incompatibility


### 5.2 Product Issues
- If a product is non-functional due to our error, we may offer replacement or store credit at our sole discretion
- You must report issues within 24 hours of purchase with proof

## 6. Account Bans & Game Violations


### 6.1 Risk Acknowledgment
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Using our products **MAY result in game bans** (temporary or permanent)
- Game bans **ARE NOT** covered by refunds
- You use products **at your own risk**
- We are **NOT responsible** for any consequences from product usage


### 6.2 No Liability
- We are not liable for:
  - Loss of game accounts
  - Loss of in-game items or progress
  - Hardware bans (HWID bans)
  - IP bans
  - Any financial loss related to game bans

## 7. Product Delivery


### 7.1 Delivery Time
- Products are typically delivered within **5-60 minutes** of payment confirmation
- Delivery may be delayed during high traffic periods
- Contact support if delivery takes longer than 2 hours


### 7.2 Product Access
- Loader links and credentials will be provided via Discord ticket
- You are responsible for saving your product information
- Lost credentials may not be recoverable

## 8. Product Usage & Restrictions


### 8.1 Prohibited Actions
You may **NOT**:
- Share, resell, or redistribute products
- Share account credentials with others
- Use products on multiple devices (unless specified)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify products
- Attempt to crack or bypass licensing systems


### 8.2 License Terms
- Products are licensed, not sold
- License is non-transferable and non-exclusive
- We reserve the right to revoke licenses for TOS violations

## 9. HWID & Account Restrictions


### 9.1 HWID Locking
- Most products are **HWID locked** to one computer
- HWID resets may be available (1 reset per purchase, if applicable)
- Excessive reset requests may be denied


### 9.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- We are not responsible for compromised accounts

## 10. Support & Service


### 10.1 Support Availability
- Support is provided via Discord tickets only
- Response times vary (typically within 1-24 hours)
- Spam or abusive behavior will result in support denial


### 10.2 Setup Assistance
- Basic setup support is included
- We cannot guarantee products will work on all systems
- Incompatibility due to user hardware is not grounds for refund

## 11. Updates & Changes


### 11.1 Product Updates
- We may update products to maintain functionality
- Updates may change features without notice
- Discontinued products will not receive updates


### 11.2 TOS Updates
- We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- Major changes will be announced via Discord

## 12. Termination & Bans


### 12.1 We Reserve the Right to:
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Terminate access without refund for TOS violations
- Ban users for:
  - Chargebacks or payment fraud
  - Harassment of staff or users
  - Reselling products
  - Abuse of support system
  - Violation of Discord TOS


### 12.2 Banned Users
- Banned users forfeit all purchases
- Ban evasion will result in permanent blacklist
- No refunds are issued for banned accounts

## 13. Disclaimers & Limitations


### 13.1 "AS-IS" Basis
- Products are provided **"AS-IS"** without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee:
  - Product functionality
  - Undetected status
  - Compatibility with your system
  - Availability at all times


### 13.2 Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- This includes lost profits, data loss, or business interruption

### 15.1 Discord TOS
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service
- Violation of Discord TOS is not our responsibility
- We may be forced to cooperate with Discord moderation

- We are not affiliated with any game publishers
- Products are third-party and not endorsed by game companies

- You will not dispute charges or request chargebacks
- You accept all liability for consequences of product usage
